The Estate is located in Biville-la-Baignarde, a village in the Norman countryside ideally situated between Rouen and Dieppe, offering access to a wide range of ACTIVITIES—as well as a heated indoor pool available year-round.
A former farmhouse recently renovated, our estate lies in the heart of the Terroir of Caux, just a few miles from the Alabaster Coast. We offer 3 self-catering lodges for rent, perfect for TOURISM and enjoying everything Normandy has to offer.
All 3 lodges can be rented together, providing accommodation for up to 10 bedrooms (12 for an additionnal supplement), most of which have their own private bathroom (sink, shower, and WC), as well as exclusive use of the pool—ideal for SEMINARS, weekends, and holidays with family or friends.

The lodges LA GRANGE and L’ÉTABLE are adjoining, separated by decorative screens and vegetation; L’ATELIER is a fully independent house.

L’ÉTABLE features one bedroom with its own bathroom and an enclosed living area that can be converted into a 2nd bedroom with its own half bath (WC and sink).

LA PISCINE is a shared swimming pool freely accessible during the day, with the option to reserve a one‑hour time slot per day for added privacy.

LA PISCINE (the pool) becomes exclusively yours if you book the entire estate for your seminar, weekend or holiday.

LA MAISON and its two bedrooms with en‑suite bathrooms can be added for an additional charge, bringing the total capacity up to 12 bedrooms.
